HOW TO STORE YOUR PRODUCT
Always store your bag upright in the Opaline dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. To maintain its original shape and structure, stuff the bag with clean fabric, tissue paper, or bubble wrap especially around corners and base. Never hang your leather bag by its straps for prolonged periods, as this may distort its form over time. For Small goods & Laptop sleeves, avoid stacking them under heavy items to help retain its natural shape and structure.
HOW TO MAINTAIN THE LEATHER
Gently wipe your bag with a soft, dry cloth every few days to remove dust and surface buildup. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth and sweep across the leather in smooth, even strokes. Avoid soaking or rubbing harshly. Once or twice a year, treat the leather with a high-quality leather conditioner. Apply a small amount to a lint-free cloth/soft foam and rub in gentle, circular motions. Let it dry for 1 hour and allow the leather to cure for at-least 24 hours before use. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, oils, and alcohol-based products, which may stain or dry out the leather.
HOW TO CARE FOR HARDWARE & INTERIOR LINING
Our bags feature corrosion-resistant, gold-toned hardware. To maintain its lustre, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid moisture and rough contact with abrasive surfaces. The interiors are lined with durable, water-resistant polyester fabric. If needed, spot-clean with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Allow to air dry fully before storing.
