At Opaline, we take pride in creating pieces that accompany you beautifully through work, travel, and life. Every product is carefully handcrafted and we stand behind the quality of our workmanship.


12 - month limited warranty

Your Opaline bag is protected by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers genuine manufacturing defects, including:

  • Stitching faults
  • Hardware malfunction (zips, buckles, locks, studs)
  • Zipper performance issues
  • Unusual leather defects not caused by wear

If an eligible issue arises, we will carefully repair and restore your bag at no cost, and courier it back to you.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, stains, fading)
  • Damage from accidents, improper handling, or storage
  • Exposure to moisture, heat, chemicals, or extreme conditions
  • Alterations or repairs done outside of Opaline

Note: Our team will assess the issue before accepting any product for warranty service.


How to Request a Warranty Service

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please email us at contact@shopopaline.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

Once approved:

  • You will courier the bag to our designated service unit (shipping to us is borne by the customer)
  • We will cover the return shipping after the repair
  • Typical repair timeline: 2–4 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair

Beyond 12 Months: Paid Restoration Services

We want your Opaline piece to stay beautiful for years to come. Even beyond the 12 month period, we offer cleaning and minor restoration services at nominal charges.
